Description

Magnesium Sulfate Heptahydrate is employed in explosives, matches, mineral water, and tanning leather. Employed in weighing cotton and silk, increasing the bleaching action of chlorinated lime, manufacture of mother-of-pearl and frosted papers and fire-proofing fabrics. Magnesium Sulfate Heptahydrate has been used in a simple medium that preserves low concentrations of E. coli for use in the water bacteriology proficiency test.
